Move your hands to save the icons from the water. Keep in mind you only have a certain amount of lives! If they touch the bottom, then they will drown. Each time you save them, you get a score. Reach 50 to get the bronze medal, reach 100 to get the silver, reach 150 to get the gold medal! Have fun!
