You're protecting one of the few uninfected cells from all of the germs. Fend them off, until the immune system can back you up. Use the W,A,S,D keys to move the cell you're protecting. The mouse controls the white blood cell. You can also click to extend it, and hit a larger area. (did this for my anatomy class)
