Here is my entry to Vegmonster's art contest Round 2 ( theme was storm ) I guess this is a play on The Doctor's attitude and way he acts when he is mad. You know, just with a wolf..... controlling lightning..... Well! I was thinking about using The Master instead but I'll keep that card for later... Hope you like it Veg!
