new notes from 2020: this is not a new project (it's from 2017) but i don't hate it as much anymore so i decided to reshare it. it's a teeny bit off timing on scratch 3 but ehhh the title is "the party" even though the song's name is Panda... oh well. i didn't call this a may may so those certain kind of people wouldn't pop up - old notes from 2017 (i think october?) Sorry if this is a bit boring... I don't know if someone already made a meme out of this song, but I don't really care. It was fun to make this! This took around 3 hours to make. Feel free to remix!
