Click on stickman to select. A star will appear over it's head. Use arrow keys to move. Press space to attack. Get the Monument HP down to 0 to win. Click the green sword-wrath icon at the top-left corner to upgrade your attack if you have at least 10 EXP. Once the grey box is filled in completely, you can`t do it any more. Flying Crossbowman attacks every few seconds. You can't control him, though. Spearton can't be selected either.
