use a google rng from 1 to your number of unshared projects and whichever number google lands on, you have to share. (from newest to oldest, for example, if I had 100 projects and I got 100, I would have to share my first unshared project) You do not get to edit the project in any way before uploading, but you can edit after release as long as it stays uploaded.
