I've made two copies of a picture, one pixelated (for MS Paint, Scratch, etc) and one transparent for layered programs (Firealpaca, Photoshop, Krita, etc). There are rules, but it's just the normal CC rules. ~RULES~ 1. Be original 2. Be creative 3. Be nice to others 4. Give credit where credit is due 5. Don't remix another entry, please 6.
