Shift-click the flag to run it in turbo mode. It will run a bit faster when you do. In the setup phase, click two tiles to swap them. During the movement phase, move tiles by clicking them and the square you intend to move to. Slightly transparent tiles indicate they cannot be seen by the enemy.
How to play: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratego Setup phase: "Before the start of the game, players arrange their 40 pieces in a 4×10 configuration at either end of the board. Players cannot identify the opponent's pieces. Players may not place pieces in the lakes or the 12 squares in the center of the board. Movement phase: "All movable pieces, with the exception of the Scout, may move only one step to any adjacent space vertically or horizontally (but not diagonally). A piece may not move onto a space occupied by a like color piece. Bomb and Flag pieces are not moveable. The Scout may move any number of spaces in a straight line (such as the rook in chess). When the player wants to attack, they move their piece onto a square occupied by an opposing piece. Both players then reveal their piece's rank; the weaker piece (see exceptions below) is removed from the board. If the engaging pieces are of equal rank, both are removed. A piece may not move onto a square already occupied unless it attacks." Bomb - Immovable; defeats any attacking piece except Miner 10 - Marshal. Can be captured by the Spy (1) 9 - General 8 - Colonel 7 - Major 6 - Captain 5 - Lieutenant 4 - Sergeant 3 - Miner. Can defuse bombs 2 - Scout. Can move any distance in a straight line, without leaping over pieces / lakes 1 - Spy. Can defeat the Marshal, but only if the Spy makes the attack Flag - Immovable; its capture ends the game Many bugs exist; freezes sometimes occur. Click "Done" in the event of an error. Known issues: -clicking on a tile twice during the movement phase freezes the game -scouts (2s) can jump over pieces -during the "click to continue" phase, players can continue to move pieces -marshalls do not trade properly
