RULES 1.You can only use the color palette 2.The parts are inside 3.If your animating a human tell me and you can use skin tones 4.No colors that are not on the color palette [Red,Orange,Neon green etc...] 5.If you want a part the code word is Banana Dog 6. You can only have up to 2 parts! 7. It can be an AMV or PMV 8.You can do anything like Fandom, Ocs, ANYTHING XD 9.Only can be at Nightime{THIS DOESN'T COUNT ANYMORE!} 10.NO BACKDROP
