This is what I would call filtering out the negativity. I clear my mind of all, as that is all there is. And I see this face, the face of the One that Watches staring at my face, into my mind, into my soul, into my heart. This thing is a monster, but yet has no negativity in or around it. It simply eats away at any and all positivity.
