He Declares "ELMO KNOWS WHERE YOU LIVE!" This is followed up by a scream. Sounds - Elmo Talking, The Scream. FX - Elmos Mouth Moving and Pointing at you. Cheesy Factor - It is terribly animated. Avalibility - Uncommon. Scare Factor - Minimal To Nightmare. Elmos Creepy Look and the scream can scare a few. Others may find it funny.
