UPDATE 11/1/17: i removed the "do not add scary OCs" rule thanks for @Keegie11's comment that the rule is unfair. then today i had the chance to remove the rule now, so your welcome. add any scary OCs of yours and i am now allowing other designs Do not change the font , OC means original character, do not ruin the project, and most of all, do not rush me
Comment Of The Project The "No scary OC" rule is kinda unfair. People have different styles, so some people make more horror-based OC's.
