Woofer has went into the OC contest and to enter he has to not die! Down to shrink. Woofer is Barky's BFF. He controls water and bubbles and dosent get in Barky's way UNLESS he reminds him about chores. (Fun Fact: Barky dosent actually do chores...Woofers hugs him, which splits him in half, then Barky's halves become full (there are 2 Barkys now) and Woofer has the clone do it. Barky hates doing this because the clone blows up 15 minute later :\... and destroys the house)
