I got the idea immediately after fixing the line collision project, and since I had plenty of spare time today, I made this. :) The dots don't actually bounce correctly off straight lines (not sure how to reflect the velocity vector without slowing things down a ton), but they follow the normal vector instead, which is close enough for a fun effect.
