Credit to Pokemon. I just love Rotom. It's just so cute, and I adore its ability to transform into household appliances :D (Just don't let him see your computer browser history) I was just dying to do a speed draw of Rotom. But I thought... "Rotom just wasn't enough..." So soon, I will start working to make a speed draw of EVERY Rotom form, even the Rotom Pokedex! (Or at least, I will if I don't run out of project space! The first rotom alone took 90 costumes, and he's probably the simplest!) 10/8/17: Project shared! 10/9/17: Fan Rotom added! 10/10/17: Mow Rotom added! 10/11/17: Frost Rotom added!
