Her abusive mate was just banished from the High Pack, the pack she lived in. He had been proved to have been the killer of his pups, and was driven out of the mountains. She had been too afraid of her mate punishing her if she tried to tell anybody about his abuse, but now finally she was free from him. She did a twirl in the sky and landed on a mountain. She spread her wings wide, smiling wide. "I'm free." She whispered to herself.
