I realized I hadn't shared a project in a while, so I quickly whipped this up in 25 minutes. I hope you enjoy the note block recreation of Tetris' version of Korobeiniki. "Korobeiniki" is a Russian folk song based on a poem of the same name by Nikolay Nekrasov. The theme was remixed for Tetris by Hirokazu Tinaka. "Tetris" video game originally by Alexey Pajitnov.
