Description

BEFORE YOU GET DISAPPOINTED, PLEASE READ Dig Deep has been a game that I've been working on for over a year, unfortunately it has gotten way to big and complex for Scratch. The Scratch 2 editor was able to handle running this behemoth of a project just fine, but I tried it in Scratch 3 and found two things that prevent me from further editing this game in its current state: A. It's too laggy, despite not using flash B. There's no "define" action beside custom blocks, therefore I cannot quickly navigate in my project. A workaround to this would be to completely rewrite Dig Deep, but I feel like I've been working on this for far too long and it's time to just show it to the world BUT NOT ALL HOPE IS LOST I will still try to occasionally release something to Scratch, just not on the scale of size that Dig Deep tried to be. Maybe sometime in the future, I will make a full blown version of this game, but until that day, click "see inside" and please don't make the same mistake as me BELOW IS THE DESCRIPTION FOR THE ACTUAL GAME For millenia three ancient viruses, known as the Carnage, Devoid, and Distillation have been fighting for supremacy, only a few years ago did they spread to the core of your home world causing a catastrophic explosion destroying basically everything and burying the remains. You are one of the last survivors and have been tasked with exploring the ruins. WASD or ARROWS to move Click to point at tiles and interact with the world F or H to open and close the hotbar and ARROWS or WASD to navigate E or U to open and close the inventory Press DOWN to descend down a door IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING LAG, TRY https://sulfurous.aau.at/#173868941 AND THEN https://phosphorus.github.io/#173868941 (if scratch 3 still supports them)
