Ok, so the programming is a little messy (Forgive me) so that blue attacks just make the game impossible, then kill you instead of just doing damage on the spot. I'll try to fix it. Yes, it is possible. So, the story behind this is that Chara was tired of genocide runs. Tired of watching everyone they ever cared about, dying over and over. So they absorbed the six human souls and then met Frisk at the place you would normally meet Flowey, causing this fight.
