This sound grapher automatically starts recording at the beginning. To pause recording, press space. Tick marks appear at each second of the recording after the first time you pause it. You can scroll through the whole graph while the recording is paused by holding "r" down while pressing the left or right arrow keys. To unpause it, press space while it is paused.
The min variable tells you the earliest point in the recording that is being displayed on the screen. The ticks_per_second variable tells you how many volume values are being recorded per second.
