Harmony (the one with the more humanoid eyes) belongs to @iceberg-the-icewing ! omggg these two are perfect for eachother! pleasedrawfanart also the reason why I drew harmony with smaller fins then Cherry is bc male Mizutsune have larger fins then the females, possibly to attract mates and all that stuff (I kept Harmony's humanoid eyes because they suit her >v< plus I didn't want to dramatically alter somebody else's design so yeah,)
