I agree with this 500%. A lot of times, I enter a CC, expecting to win (only sometimes, though :3), but nope! Someone else wins because they added a sparkle brush detail! The only fancy art program I have is GIMP, but even with that, I can't pull off a Mona Lisa. In fact, the only two things I've accomplished are a HORRIBLE Metroid and a power suit of some sort. (also horrible)
