300 followers!!!!! :D Hello! Welcome to my first DTA that I am hosting. If you don't know what a DTA is(it stands for Draw To Adopt.) Then what you do is you pick out the character(s) you like the most, and you draw them and give them a bio and backstory. When I decide to close this, you will no longer be able to enter and I'll judge the entries and decide who gets to adopt each character as an OC. BTW Just because you are my friend, doesn't mean I'm going to give you a character. If you are my friend and you do get one, I gave it to you because of the quality of your bio and drawing. So no favoritism here >:3 I will decide when the contest ends, but don't worry, I will post a warning on the project when it gets close to it. here are a few simple rules to follow: Don't whine or complain if you lose. Don't bully other people about their entries You may try for as many characters as you want, but you will only end up with one. Follow the references. Please use the references to get the exact color for your entry. You MAY change the name of the character if you really want to. Don't make any changes to the design when you draw the character, you can make changes if you've won it. Be creative. For your entry, you get to choose their size, gender, likes, dislikes, backstory etc. Everything except design. You must have a backstory. A backstory is a pretty important part of an OC, plus I care more about the quality of your backstory than drawing. I still judge the drawing, I just find the backstory to be more important. Your backstory can be short, but it has to say some important things like their background information(parents, siblings, powers, etc.) and a few major points in their life. If you are trying out for Halo, please do not have his/her backstory be about a totally different character and at the very end of the backstory they die and are renamed Halo. If you want to have their death be part of their backstory, then they must die pretty early on.
