Her design is a lot simpler. Her name is vortex (she's a mutilated) and her power is to rip open holes in space that lead to a random place (or, to simplify it, portals) she has no control over destination and using it generally ends in her passing out for a day, her powers can be rendered unusable with something covering her front claws. She can only speak in speech bubbles like the one shown and her pupil is the punctuation
