Instructions

Factors (as in factory) are numbers that make composite numbers by multiplication. 1 x 10=10, 2 x 5 = 10. 1 is always a common factor of two or more numbers. Here we have 2 cats (red and black) and a Dog. Click the red cat to input a number. Then click the black cat to input another number. The cats report the factors of their number product in a list. The dog looks for and Common factors (if there is any). The dog reports Common Factors in a separate list. The dog also announced the Highest Common Factor

Description

A Number that is the product of two factors (other than one and itself) is called a Composite number. A number with no factors except itself and 1 is called a Prime Number.
