BETA VERSION ONLY! WILL BE IMPROVED SOON (HOPEFULLY) This a test of the "old film" effect using the brightness blocks. It gives an old "1900s" effect (similar to the Youtube 1911 button that was launched on April Fool's Day). If you want, you can download and remix this and change it to your own silent film! And, if you want, you can also change the soundtrack to something else. FAQ: Q: Why is it a silent film when there is music? A: In the old times, when films were silent, you couldn't understand what people were saying so there usually were captions (subtitles). There would usually be someone playing the organ or the piano (and sometimes other instruments, even a whole orchestra could be in the background)- usually a piece that suited the movie. The movie istelf was still silent though. Q: What is the music? A: The music is Maple Leaf Rag by Scott Joplin (1868-1917). Q: Who is Scott Joplin? A: You can learn about him here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Joplin
