So.... I've done a bunch of MAP parts lately, so I decided to host my own!!! Yay! And it's my three year Scratchaversary... Hehe ^.^ The song I chose is Uncharted by Sara Bareilles. You probably haven't heard of it, by I think it's a really fun song anyways. To me, the song is about taking risks and going out of the flow. While everyone else is focused on trying to always do the perfect thing and being what others want them to be, don't be afraid to explore something new, and break out from the mold. HOW TO SIGN UP After you've listened to the song, post a comment with... - (A) link(s) to MAP parts you have created in the past. If this is your first time joining a MAP, include a link to a piece of your art or other animation. (Make sure you know what a MAP is, too.) - Three parts you would like to animate (in preference order). From that I will assign you one. At the moment, one part per person - if I need to fill up more parts, I will ask you. - The codewords! Sneak them into your comment :) ANIMATING INFO - There isn't a specific color palette, but I'd prefer softer colors rather than bold, neon ones. Still, the design choice is up to you. - There also isn't a theme to this MAP, but try to relate your part to my interpretation of the song written above, or your own interpretation of it. Pay attention to the lyrics, too. - I prefer vector, but I'll accept bitmap if you're really really good at it. - Any sort of style goes: AMV, PMV, lyric, abstract, anything! That's what this song is about, in my opinion. - Please no violence/gore/etc. It doesn't fit the song. - I'm ok with humans or animals, or neither. - Maximum of 2 sprites - I'm kinda afraid of the data limit, there's a lot of parts. But I might be able to allow you another sprite if you ask. - The background I will use when I put the MAP together will be plain white. If you want a different color, use the sprites! Please do not create a separate background. - I'll take care of the watermarks :) EXTRA INFO - Remix this project to enter, but only when I've accepted you in. - The deadline is 3 weeks after you enter.
