No, you cannot use this. GUYS I'M GOING ROCK CLIMBING FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I FELL AND BROKE MY ELBOW! YAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!! My doctor hasn't said that I can climb, but I'm just gonna be very gentle with it, and make sure that I don't fall and break my other elbow and need surgery and ect.
