Ha so I've been meaning to make another human OC, and I fINALLY found inspiration :0 ( I may use him in quite a few RPs, so he may not always have his powers ) So his name is Walter yes yes and my child here has a manipulation power, meaning he can move objects, lift objects, etc. His manipulation is a kind of like, dark grey substance (kinda like Wanda (Avengers) if you catch my drift), and sometimes, it gets out of hand. Walter also has a kind of split personality disorder, causing him to go crazy from time to time. He also has a prosthetic leg cause of a car accident.
