He lived under two SandWing foster parents (who did love him like a son) in the Scorpion Den, and was raised well for a MudWing. He was never really interested in his sibling troop, and instead had a troop in his 4 SandWing foster-siblings; Sultry, Elapid, Dama and Shale (a SandWing/MudWing hybrid who was Orinoco's foster mother's old mate). Eventually, after 5 years of hanging out with his siblings and living in the Scorpion Den, he was accepted into JMA.
