So as far as clicking the flag, I guess you have to press it a second time after Badgerpaw does the sparkly eye thing :/ I don't have any effects (including size and motion, those are all frames) and it still wants to lag, I'm super sorry (this took a while because I've been trying to fix it but this is the best that it's gotten) MAP part for @ChelseaPup - if there's anything that you need me to fix or change feel free to ask and I'll do that right away! There are two sprites - one for the animation and one for the backgrounds (the other two are just references for myself ^-^)
