i think i went a bit overboard with this
so this is sky. He hasto god parents(literly)so he got the powers of magicaly flying and can walk on clouds which is helpful for him to travel. And for the councils rule he has to travel so he can be really a god. So he's bacically a god dog who has some friends who can help teach the ways of a normal life
