If you haven't heard how Spider-man died this is how it happened. Osborn broke out of prison and the Avengers (:D) and Spider-Man (:D) went after him, Norman Osborn and Captain America were fighting and Osborn had just knocked Cap's shield away leaving him open, so Osborn took out a gun and fired. Spider-Man raced and pushed Cap out of the way, the bullet struck his rib-cage and later Spider-Man died. :(
