------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Yellow Light - A Shakespeare Themed MAP Hello, this is @BellesMaps A.K.A @mBelle394, here to bring to you another MAP. In the past on scratch, I think there have been Shakespeare MAPs that have all gotten cancelled, and I am prepared to fight for people to get in, but you must be a pretty good animator. I will be pretty picky. So, here are the rules, they are pretty predictable and similar to my other MAPs, but nevertheless, read them carefully and thoroughly. ;) 1. Only ask if you are a pretty experienced artist or animator. I don't want to have a bunch of people who have never done any online drawing before-- It's not that you can't draw well, just that you may need a bit more practice. 2. If you think you are qualified as an artist but not an animator, let be know and you can maybe do a PMV part- We'll work it all out together. 3. Let me know if you want a link to the completed version! I'm making a list of people wanting links so I don't forget them. 4. I'd rather you not remix before you know if you have a part. 5. So this MAP is SHAKESPEARE THEMED. I want you to use a theme, plot, and/or characters in a Shakespeare play! If don't know anything about Shakespeare, than this MAP is NOT for you. 6. If I know you irl and you haven't done any animation/art on scratch, I'll be the judge of whether I let you in based on the art I've seen you do outside of scratch. if it is a ton better than my lowest expectation in the MAP, I may still give you a part. 7. Make your part somewhat dark. It doesn't have to be like, all death and despair, but I want it to go with Shakespeare's general plots. You should NOT have something like this... NOT LIKE eg. Lady Macbeth dancing in a neon green field of petal pink butterflies under a fluorescent yellow sun. It SHOULD have things more like this: LIKE eg. Lady Macbeth filled with guilt looking at her hands and crying silently in a candle-lit room. But I don't want tons of blood and gore like this..: NOT LIKE eg. Lady Macbeth imagining herself killing Duncan violently with a giant dagger and than whipping around to see her hand literally dripping with thick red blood and laughing. OKAY BACK TO RULES 8. No bad words/ implications of bad words in your parts. i know many Shakespeare plays have some language/topics that are not appropriate and I'd rather you keep it somewhat clean. 9. Death is okay and some blood is okay, but I don't want it overboard. No gore, and only minor blood. If you're not sure your part would be okay with me, simply ASK. 10. Any Shakespeare play is allowed, but make your part go with the music. Say, a light scene from 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' should be in one of the the happiest parts of the song, and a dark scene from 'Macbeth' should be in a creepy part of the song, and a humorous scene from 'Henry V' should go in.... well, it depends on the humor in the scene, choose wisely... 11. When you ask for a part, let me know what play you will use and what mood/tone the scene has. That is your codeword/codephrase. WHAT IS A MOOD OR TONE? (sad, happy, exciting, funny, dark, depressing, light, romantic... etc) E.G. "I would like part 5 and to do a scene from Macbeth. It will be dark and somewhat depressing." 12. I'd prefer for you to have it done within 2 weeks of when you ask for it, but if you need an extension for a few weeks, just let me know, I totally understand! So, if you are confused, just talk to me. BTW, ignore the codeword at the bottom, it is fake. And as you can tell, I adore Macbeth! :) All parts are listed in the Notes and Credits, and the parts are cut! BYE!
