Society makes it hard to feel any other emotion then happiness They make sadness anger and other things like that seem bad But all there doing is adding guilt and fear that your doing the wrong thing That you're tears are a sign of weakness That you're anger is just a outburst That you are wrong They make everything a competition EVERYTHING So if you lose? Your not worth anything I haven't been able to cry for a long time I'm sad must need therapy I'm angry must have issues I'm not a robot who has one setting! I have actual emotions! Holding them in won't help It will only do harm
