One day, after buying some food, I was going home, and I saw this new set of traffic lights, under installation, two of them working, with all crosswalk signals not active. They do not seem to run on LEDs, they seem to run on throwback incandescent lights. Long ago, traffic lights run on LEDs, and now new ones seemingly runs on incandescent lights.
