Ok so if you were watching RvB and you haven't watched up to season 15 episode 10 then you need to click off this page asap. SPOILERS M8. Also, if you don't really care or you're not into me ranting or explaining things, then this project isn't for you either. Also, If you don't know what RvB is, that's fine. But just don't go searching up for it or anything, it's really not appropriate for younger audiences. Recommended age to watch it: PG 14 bc of all da swearing & violence involved. #This is the best CarWash moment ever....of all time. With that, lets start off by saying where this is from. In season 15 episode 10, there's this one scene where Wash and Carolina look for agent Illinois, and after reflecting on some memories, they stare at the water. Wash brings up agent York and Carolina says that she threw the chance away. The chance being a fresh start away from Project Freelancer. Wash tries to comfort her by telling her that its never too late to start over again. ANNYYWAY after a line or two, Carolina brings out a lighter from York. "This is all that I have left from York, from Freelancer. Just this and my armor." And then she attempts to throw the lighter into the ocean. Wash grabs her arm and says "You don't have to do that" "What about starting over?" Carolina says. "I mean, you don't have to destroy the past, to have a future." And Wash wraps his hand around Carolina's hand. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ mini rant: YES I KNOW THAT YORK AND CAROLINA WERE A THING BUT YORK IS DEAD AND IT WON'T WORK OUT. WASH AND CAROLINA ARE ACTUALLY ALIVE SO THIS SHIP COULD ACTUALLY WORK OUT. Also, I used to ship York and Carolina. But after he died, and this episode, I think it would actually work out between Wash and Carolina. After all Carolina and Wash have been through, it makes sense that they end up together. Also, no one except the surviving freelancers (if there are any) would understand how much pain project Freelancer caused. It affected not just Carolina, but all of the Freelancers. Ended up destroying nearly all of them as well SORRY FOR SPOILERS BUT JEEZ I WARNED YOU ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Anyway the song is "Little Do You Know" By Alex and Sierra I think this song fits in perfectly with this scene. The line, "Little do you know I'm trying to pick myself piece by piece." Fits in perfectly with Carolina's backstory, as well as the loss of all her Freelancer teammates. She's trying to forget the past, and what happened in Project Freelancer. Meanwhile, Wash is always trying to comfort her. I don't think you've noticed, but over the last couple of days I've noticed that in the previous seasons (9-13) Wash really was watching out for her EVIDENCE OF CARWASH: In season 10 episode 18, (in the flashback) after the twins explained to him that the Director was removing all the A.I. implants, Wash asks "What about Carolina?" In season 9 episode 10, during the 3-on-1 with Tex, Wash calls for the Director, and CT says "The Director?" and says something rebellious about the director and then Carolina backs Wash up by saying "Watch your mouth CT" Clearly Wash and Carolina both have loyalty to the Director, even though it might be for different reasons. I know that Carolina might have said that for a completely different reason, but I find this bit of info quite fascinating. In season 9 episode 13, Carolina says that York was still injured. His job on the mission was lock-pick duty. You know who she picked for a replacement? Wash, that's who. And then York walks in and says "Hey, don't be so quick to give away my job" almost like York was defending Carolina from Wash. AND THEN GET THIS: Wash says "Look, I'm happy to see him too but, this mission.. idk" WASH WAS DEFENDING CAROLINA FROM YORK. AND THEN WHEN YORK AND CAROLINA Were talking she asks, "you ARE all right, aren't you?" Its like WASH GOT INSIDE HER HEAD OR SOMETHIN. I mean, this could be her checking in on York, but if Wash didn't point York out, would she had still said it? Season 10, episode 2: Wash asking if Carolina is ok after she gives up her A.I. In season 13 episode 18 I found a bunch of signs! There was one where they duck down during the fight, and CAROLINA PUT AN ARM AROUND WASH FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER AHHH and then, 10-15 seconds later, she pulls out a grappling hook, puts her arm on his shoulder, and then says something like "lets go" its so cute and funny when Wash tries to hold on for dear life oml great episode. AND THEN IN season 13 episode 16, Wash helps Carolina up. You know how? He pulls her up by grabbing her hand (more like Wash lent his hand to her and then Carolina just grabbed on) and then she got up AHHH SO MUCH EVIDENCE ITS TOO PERFECT HEY WASH DID IT AGAIN BACK IN Season 10 episode 21! "Get up" he says while he LENDS A HAND TO CAROLINA. //goes and finds more evidence// I'm not weird, I'm just overprotective of my ship
