In Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning Skills, he states that 'the ability to paraphrase is a test of comprehension'. I believe that learners learning to code are working a a level much higher than just the 'recall of information' level. This project is an example of how the ability to paraphrase the concept of 'angle' in the form of a Scratch project indicates a deep understanding (comprehension) of the angle concept.
