I've figured out that if you use Vector graphics, you can draw stuff and move them slightly off the screen and animate it all in ONE COSTUME. A special thanks to the inventor of the Phenakistoscope; Joseph Plateau. And @ivan321 for reminding me of its existence. Believe it or not I had at one time planned to make that exact project but got busy doing something else and forgot about it.
