This is for @Senpai-Love!
It's a quick sketch, and follows the pose of the original! (space to see original by Ari btw) original by @Senpai-Love <3 Here's what I changed (other than the fact that it's in my style lol) - Eyes are a different shape; this is partially just bc of style, but also the kind you were using is the kind you put on your animal characters, who are usually facing the side. It looks accurate from the side, but when used on a forward view it is a bit strange. Try rounder on the top instead of triangle shape! - Head is narrower: if you look in the mirror and at other people, their faces are typically longer than they are wide. The eyes are also smaller as a result. - Ears are larger/placed differently: they're usually somewhere between the nose and eyebrows, though it may vary based on style. They're also a bit larger. - Eyebrows! Humans, unlike animals, have eyebrows. - Hair looks different: this is pretty much just practice, it'll develop over time. - Wider shoulders / thinner neck: I tried to strike a balance in between the original, as if the shoulders stayed the same, the neck would have had to be a lot thinner, and if the neck stayed the same the shoulders would have to be wider. Typically for a natural look, each side of the shoulder (after the neck) is about 1.3-1.5 times the width of the neck. -Hands: also mostly just practice and observation. Fingers are slightly shorter than palm, and total hand IRL usually measures up to around the eyebrows if bottom of palm is lined up w/chin. (sometimes is smaller in cartoons tho, and is also smaller here) -Folds in clothes: yeah, also just more practice. any very loose areas will have folds, and so will bends like at the armpit and elbows when bent. I increased the saturation on the colors of the girl as well; I think it makes her look more alive but the overall feel is up to you. I added shading bc I felt like it, haha. Hope it helps you, Ari, and anyone else too!
