Watch the line segment paint a broad set of colors. Once done, hover over the colors' names to reveal some information about them. Also, click anywhere on the backdrop to switch between day and night modes to help you see the (names of the) colors better, which is easier on the eyes when it's daytime or nighttime!
I am obsessed with color wheels, so I wanted to make one using Scratch's pen tool. It's a bit off since the colors are complements of each other when inverted in MS Paint or a video editing software. That's because it's the typical HTML color wheel. Want to see a more correct version of the color wheel (with the complementary colors in the right places)? You may go here for a sample wheel: http://www.webdesignref.com/examples/colorwheel.htm RGB stands for "Red, Green, Blue," which produces an extensive set of colors in many electronic devices. Examples are PCs, cameras, and TVs, using only red, green, and blue! Read more about the RGB color model here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RGB_color_model #colorwheel #colors #pen #html #educational
