NOTE: GlowOS is in still development, there will be bugs and some things may be unfinished. Welcome to GlowOS! The easy and simple to use OS on Scratch with many features and a beautiful and familiar interface. To log on, type in the password which is '123' then drag the slide button to the right. Apps: -GlowTunes A music app that sits in the top-right corner of your screen and minimises when you are not using it. It can even be used when using a different program! There are currently 3 songs in total. -GlowNet Explore 3 different websites with this app including a web comic. -GlowOS Photo Viewer View photos in application. There are currently 3 in total. -Command Prompt Type in commands to do different things in the command prompt. Type 'help' for the list of commands. -Sketch A drawing program with a wide variety of colours, and rainbow pen. More features for Sketch will be coming soon. -Rocket - This is a game. Use your mouse to make the rocket go upwards and let go of it to make it come back down. Watch out for asteroids! Folder Explore - Explore files of your computer. Currently, you can only view your documents. -About GlowOS A small app that shows you some information about GlowOS.
Beta 10 -The Notification Bar has been added. Click your mouse when it's on the right edge of the screen to open the notification bar. You can view all your system notifications on it. -You can now change your user icon! There are 15 brand new unique icons to choose from. Some wallpapers have been updated too. -A mini version of the game Rocket (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/171554323/) has been added as a new app. Use your mouse to make the rocket go upwards and let go of it to make it come back down. Watch out for asteroids! -Many bugs have been fixed Beta 9 -GlowOS Media Player replaced with the brand-new GlowTunes! It sits in the top-right corner of your screen and minimises when you are not using it. It can even be used when using a different program! This is a big upgrade from the old one. -Many bug fixes. -New 'welcome' animation based of the Windows 10 notifications. This is a hint to what one of the new features Beta 10 will be! -Upgraded most of the app wifi icons -New user icon (my icon!) -Updated GlowOS website -More effective start and user menus. -Slightly changed start-up animation Beta 8 -Major graphical upgrade to the whole OS - more elements of the OS are flatter and fonts have changed -Improved taskbar skin change buttons -Screen no longer flashes white when an application is opened -Other bug fixes Beta 7 -NEW APP: Paint; borrowed things from 'Simple Sketch'. (there aren't many features in it right now, more are coming soon!) -Fixed major shut down and Media Player bugs Beta 6 -NEW APP: Command Prompt.
