Here is the backstory: Heronwing is the son of Crystalflight, formerly Crystal. He is the brother of Egretflight, Swanfeather, and Goose. His mate and true love was Flamestripe. This is her death scene, where their clan's rival kills her. They had two kits, Duskkit and Dawnkit. Duskkit becomes Duskflight, and Dawnkit becomes Dawnflower, later Dawnstar.
