You see that evil stickman? That's a picture of Kaj. He was a user, just an anybody, until he got angry. Anger took him over, and he swore to get his revenge on Scratch - by destroying it. He threatened to hack other players. Enough Scratchers reported him, and moderators took notice and banned him. They let him come back, he just had to promise not to be rude, but he never asked to be unbanned. Then on April Fools once, @KajTheModerator came! Of course, it was a joke from the Scratch Team, so don't flip out. See, even though it's past our time, Kaj lives like a ghost story - a legend.
