Space I turned Pinkie Pie into the balloon on her Cutie Mark. RULES: No inappropriate words, bad things, or images. and no "FNAF" or "Undertale", or anything related and/or similar. Be nice, and follow the rules. Then just do what the costumes say inside. And please try and make your entry Vector (no, no, not the crocodile, the mode), but if you can't, then use Bitmap. Using vector speeds up the process a ton. OC means Original Character, or something like that, I think?
