Meet Volt. She's a newborn, slightly unusual Pichu. Lightning, her father, held a Light Ball, but Electro, her mother, knew it was a little radioactive. She told Lightning to use a different Light Ball, but he didn't listen, and thus... Volt was born. She was given a Poffin as a welcome gift, but she ate it... and asked for another one. She couldn't get her way, and now... SHE'S COMING.
