This creature is part of a species of flightless bird-dragons. The bird-dragons have gigantic eyes, which most of the time are closed. When they are open, they create an extremely powerful hypnosis. All they need to do to hypnotize somebody is open their large eyes and stare into the other's eyes. They don't speak physically, and instead communicate with 'dream/mind waves', which are called dream waves when they're sleeping and mind waves when they're awake. They spend 90% of their lives asleep. When they're sleeping, they have their own dream civilization, and their dreams are connected with other bird-dragons. All of their needs are created inside their dreams, but the needs created in the dreams only fuel their spirit, not their actual body. Their hypnotized servants in reality keep the outside body alive. The 10% of their lives being awake is spent hypnotizing more creatures and taking care of their young, as they don't believe their offspring should be raised by servants. ^^ this is crappy
