Instructions

These are all the objects, as of May 2017, classed as dwarf planets by the IAU. 100+ more may be out there. Sizes and speeds are semi-correct-ish. (To the extent that Ceres is smaller than the rest. The speeds are almost definitely totally wrong.) The Dwarf Planets: -> Pluto: Not a planet! It hasn't cleared its orbit - it is only 0.07 percent bigger than other objects in its orbit (Earth is 1.7 MILLION percent bigger than the few objects in its orbit). -> Eris: The most massive dwarf planet. -> Ceres: This is the only dwarf planet in the Asteroid Belt, and the closest to the Sun. -> Makemake: Not sure exactly how to pronounce this! It is named after an Easter Island creation deity. -> Haumea: Yes, Haumea is ellipsoid! It's because it spins so fast.

Description

Can we have no arguing about whether or not Pluto is a planet? If you want Pluto to be a planet, you'll have to accept Haumea, Ceres, Makemake and Eris as well... and probably many more that are yet to be discovered/classified!
