It allows him to make shapes out of steam. This is quite convenient for him, because he cannot speak. He is very smol, being only a foot tall, when on his back legs. The pupper like to read, his favorite author being Rhoald Dhal. Teeto also enjoys poetry, sometimes inspired to write his own. The little guy has a peanut allergy, so he gives them a wide berth. He is shy around people he doesn't know, but if you put him in a group of his friends, he would "chatter" away.
