Select game mode. Select place. Explore Mode - Arrow keys to turn left and right and up and down. Press z to change the colour of the bird. The aim is to just explore. Fishing Mode - The bird with fly towards the mouse. Hold left click to swoop. The aim is to wait for a fish to leap from the water and the swoop to catch it.
Enjoy life as a bird. You can fly in the sky or swoop low to catch fish. You can change the colour of the Exploration bird but not the fishing bird since it is animated. Enjoy. P.s. Use the little "H" button at the bottom left to go back to the selection screen wherever you are.
